Report a bug

Include:

• the console, the firmware and its version;
• your system (macOS, Windows, Linux);
• what you did, what you expected, what happened;
• the result of the connection test if it is a connection issue.

Never post a password, an API key or your filled-in configuration file.

Suggest a feature

Describe the need rather than the solution: “I want to know which games I've never launched” helps more than “add a button”.

Test your console

Profiles marked “Experimental” are waiting for a real-world test. A precise report lets us move them to “Verified”.
