Play time

The Play time page shows what you played and for how long: today, the last 7 days, the total, a 14-day chart, time per game and recent sessions. The dashboard shows today's play time.

Where the time comes from

  • ROMKADE Manager: while it runs, it checks every 30 seconds what is running on the console and records dated sessions. This gives the history and the time per day.
  • RetroArch logs on the console: a total per game, including games launched from the console's menu while the computer was off. Per-game totals use the larger of the two.

The From … to … filter shows days, games and sessions over a period. Only sessions tracked by ROMKADE Manager count there, because RetroArch logs have no dates.

Alerts

Set a limit (or Settings → Play time) sets an alert after a given time, per session or per day. See Play time alerts.

Erasing

The trash icon of a game (in Per game) or Erase everything, with confirmation. Sessions tracked by ROMKADE Manager are deleted. Nothing changes on the console: the RetroArch total at the time is noted and subtracted, so only time played afterwards counts.
